A couple of years ago, when we began our relationship with Creovai, our primary focus was on automated quality assurance—to have the transcripts ingested into Creovai and produce a quality score to help accelerate our focus on quality assessment.

But we’ve been really engaged, even leading up to an Auto QA score, in providing insights to the business.

At Noom, we do a lot of marketing and feature updates. Our marketing and engineering teams roll out new service functions to the app, then reach out to the quality assurance team to say, "Hey, we just rolled out this neat new thing—how is it driving volume? What are customers saying?"

So we’ve been thinking of QA as the value proposition we started with you guys two years ago, but largely over the last several months, the value proposition has been around insights.
